Together, we’ve collaborated to introduce an award-winning gin that reflects the spirit of our shared journey.
It combines exceptional craftsmanship with specially selected botanicals.
Each element was thoughtfully chosen to represent the natural beauty of the North Wessex Downs, including juniper, bright citrus peels, meadowsweet, elderflower, and hand-picked wild gorse. A touch of home-made honey, sourced locally to the distillery, adds a smooth, viscous texture that completes its distinctive profile.
This gin is more than a spirit—it’s a testament to collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.
